- In order to use this instrument you must be checked out by one of the facility staff.
- From 8am-5pm M-F you may not sign up for more than 9 consecutive 10 minute blocks (1.5 hours) for any given signup. Sign ups are limited to a total of 3 hours per person per day.
- From 5pm-10pm you my reserve extended blocks of time up to 3 hours in length. You are limited to a total of 3 hours during this evening block. Beginning at 9am each day you may sign up for the next day's 8am-10pm slots. Slots not reserved when they come up are available on a first come first serve basis.
- The time from 10pm - 8am is no limit to the amount of time you can sign up for and you may reserve time up to 3 days in advance. Please do not abuse this, as limits will then have to be imposed. Sign ups for the 5pm-10pm blocks may not extend into the 10pm-8am overnight blocks i.e. You cannot use any portion of your available 5pm-10pm time to extend the overnight block.You are expected to arrive on time and finish on time when you reserve blocks.
- There is no limit to signing up time of weekends.
- If you find you will not be able to use your time please remove your name from the list as soon as possible.
- These Rules will be strictly enforced. Violators will have their reservation canceled with no notice.
